    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in and around **Canton, OH.** This is a **third shift** opportunity with a pay range of **$25-33/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Perform machine maintenance and repair in a manufacturing setting

    + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and maintain AC/DC drives, motor controls, and 3-phase power systems

    + Handle facilities maintenance, plumbing, forklift repair, and light fabrication/welding

    + Follow and perform preventative maintenance schedules

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    + Use basic computer systems for logging work and tracking maintenance tasks

    Requirements:

    + Reliable and self-motivated with good communication skills

    + Strong mechanical ability and general to advanced maintenance knowledge

    + Intermediate to extensive electrical experience (especially in manufacturing/industrial settings)

    + Ability to weld, fabricate, and troubleshoot systems effectively

    + Must be able to train on day shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) prior to moving to midnight shift

    + Must pass background check and drug screen
