    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in and around **Indianapolis, IN** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **$30-32/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Perform mechanical preventative maintenance and repair on facility systems

    + Make building alterations as needed

    + Monitor and respond to Building Automation Systems (BAS)

    + Service HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and plumbing systems

    + Assist other Building Authority departments as needed

    + Comply with safety regulations and organizational policies

    + Maintain smoke and fire evacuation systems (e.g., dampers, fusible links, activators)

    Requirements:

    + EPA Certification

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Valid Indiana driver’s license

    + Flexible schedule availability

    + Willingness to work in all weather conditions

    + Experience with pneumatic & electronic controls

    + Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms

    + Clean background (must pass MCSO/DOJ clearance)
