We are currently seeking a Machinist Apprentice to join our production team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

What You Will Do:

+ Assist in the setup and operation of manual and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines

+ Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics

+ Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

+ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools

+ Follow safety protocols and best practices in a shop environment

+ Document work accurately and support quality assurance processes

+ Attend classroom training (if part of a registered apprenticeship program)

+ Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced machinists

+ Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities

+ Support general shop operations and contribute to team success

Qualifications You Must Have:

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ U.S. Person status (if required by industry regulations)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience with tools, mechanical work, or shop classes

+ Enrollment in or graduation from a vocational/technical school

+ Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface

+ Strong math and problem-solving skills

+ Mechanical interest and hands-on curiosity

+ Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn

+ Ability to work safely and follow detailed instructions
