As a team member in one of our warehouse facilities, you will work hands-on to accurately select cases and build pallets for transport to our store locations. In this role you are an integral part of our supply chain, assuring our stores have the products they need to stock our shelves and meet customer demand. Responsibilities:
+ Accurately pick, scan, stack and place selected cases on pallets safely and efficiently; minimizing product damage, maximizing trailer space and assuring cold chain and quality standards are met
+ Safely operate equipment necessary to perform job duties; including but not limited to forklift, pallet jack, VoCollect headset and other computerized picking equipment and systems (training provided)
+ Communicate effectively and timely with management and team in a fast-paced environment
+ Work in and be exposed to various temperatures/environments (Ranging from -20 degrees F in frozen area, to 85 degrees F in the warehouse)
+ Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently
