**Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado** . Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.

Position Highlights:

+ Outpatient clinic: MF schedule with no weekends

+ 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time

+ Limited shared call (phone consult only)

+ Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support

+ Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

Qualifications:

+ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine

+ Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one)

+ Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Banner Healths Total Compensation Package Includes:

+ Salary range: $235,000$265,000 (dependent on experience)

+ $100K educational loan repayment

+ $100K sign-on bonus/relocation assistance

+ Paid malpractice and CME days

+ Robust benefits package for you and your family

+ Location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
