+ Responsible for the auditing, issuance, and updating of Flight Attendant qualification records in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company policies, and will require you to work a varying schedule including weekends and holidays
+ The role is a part of the Flight Service Training team within our Flight Service group.
What you'll do

+ Supports the continual operation of a training managment system
+ Preform audit(s) of all web-based training completion, issued qualifications and, training eligibility for all students attending training
+ Manages day of class set-up for all training programs
+ Creates and maintains documentation for all processes and procedures
+ Monitors Flight Attendant Initial Operating Experience
+ Coordinates with the FAA, DOD, IOSA, IEP etc. to provide timely and accurate data for audits
+ Performs system-associated registration activities, including but not limited to report generation and specific assignment of flight attendants to training
+ Provides records and/or systems explanations to internal and external customers as requested
+ Coordinates with Base Operations, Training Support Desk, APFA and Crew Scheduling to resolve Flight Attendant qualification issues
+ Flex to support additional duties, as needed
All you'll need for success
+ **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 0-2 years of relavant experience
+ Advanced knowledge of FOS and associated systems
+ **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ **Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and Access
+ Knowledge of Enterprise Learning Management System
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Must be able to handle shifting priorities and work independently
+ Strong task organizational skills with adherence to developed business practices to ensure a high degree of accuracy
+ Ability to coordinate task(s) amongst team, as needed
