The Boeing Company is currently seeking an **Executive Office Administrator** to support the 737 Engineering executives in **Renton, Washington** .
The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives with a high degree of professionalism and discretion, while also being proactive and demonstrating robust attention to detail, along with the ability to adjust priorities efficiently and effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines
+ Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and Boeing executives, including supporting visitor badging requests
+ Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
+ Prioritize, manage, and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time
+ Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
+ Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication
+ Coordinate with the appropriate focal to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
+ Order and maintain office supplies
+ Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
+ Create, manage and schedule meetings around multiple calendars and appointments
+ Provide guidance for less experienced employees
+ Work under limited supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ Experience supporting multiple Executives.
+ Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
+ 5+ years experience in an office administration role
+ Experience managing dynamic schedules and calendars.
+ Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges.
+ Experience with Boeing procurement tools such as SSPN.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Ability to juggle competing priorities from different sources.
+ Team oriented attitude and working together focus.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $60,350 - $81,650
