    Boeing** **Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for an **Experienced Procurement Analyst** to support the **787 Integration Team** based out of **N. Charleston,** **South Carolina.

     

    Successful candidates will have effective communication with stakeholders including executive leadership. The procurement analyst will have a project management mindset and a willingness to assist throughout the business. We want team players with excellent presentation and analytical skills!

    Position Responsibilities** **:

    + Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

    + Designs, extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.

    + Determines and reports compliance to internal/external requirements.

    + Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.

    + Leads cross-functional process management activities.

    + Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.

    + Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

    + Develops, analyzes and maintains processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

     

    This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing

    + 3+ years of experience leading projects

    + 3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics

    + 3+ years of experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized work

    + Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement

    + Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + 3+ years of experience interfacing directly with suppliers

    + Experience with Cognos, Velocity, Order Manager, ERPLN, Tableau

    + Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across business units

    + Experience establishing relationships and strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors

    + Experience with rate and capacity processes

    Summary pay range (Experienced): 93,000 – 110,000
