Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for an **Associate or** **Experienced Production Support Specialist** to join the **Shipside Support** **Team** based out of **Portland, Oregon** . This position is available for our **1st or 2nd shift.

This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that works together to meet our customers' needs with quality, speed, and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations

+ Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

+ Provides limited feedback on assessment results

+ Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans

+ Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 1+ years of experience in manufacturing

+ 6+ months of experience working in a multi-functional team environment

+ Experience in Data Analysis

+ Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher

+ Experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Summary pay range:

Associate (Level 2): $65,700 – $80,300

Experienced (Level 3): $81,900 - $100,100
