Description

Robert Half is partnering with a multinational aerospace and defense company to find a Legal Operations Administrator to join their team. This individual will lead operational efficiency initiatives within the Law & Global Compliance (L& GC) team. This is a long-term contract role and hybrid - 3 days onsite in the Seal Beach office.

Library Subscription Management

+ Manage legal library subscriptions, vendor relations, renewals, and user access.

+ Process invoices using Ariba, STAR, NoPO, and P-Card systems.

+ Monitor budgets, track renewals, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

+ Create reports and executive presentations for leadership.

+ Conduct usage audits and ensure license compliance.

Training & Continuing Education

+ Coordinate training with third-party vendors and internal partners.

+ Organize continuing education events and maintain compliance records.

+ Gather and analyze feedback to improve learning experiences.

Project Management

+ Lead projects from initiation to completion; define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

+ Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

+ Support data analytics and communication efforts for project rollouts.

Business Operations

+ Oversee L& GC recognition programs, newsletters, and communications.

+ Coordinate internal presentations and development series.

+ Collaborate on toolkits, special initiatives, and training resources.

Requirements

+ Proven experience in project management and business operations.

+ Familiarity with legal processes, compliance tools, and reporting systems.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
