    About the Role

     

    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service in a people-first environment? As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, helping them navigate financial transactions and administrative processes with care and precision.

     

    This role blends relationship management with operational expertise. You’ll support financial advisors, manage client requests, and ensure smooth execution of account-related tasks—all while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented team.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Handle client requests such as beneficiary updates, wire transfers, and rollovers

    + Respond promptly to inquiries and provide personalized service

    + Support onboarding and ensure a welcoming experience for new clients

    + Process transactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

    + Collaborate with advisors to align service with financial plans

    + Prepare client-facing materials and assist with reporting

    + Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies

    Requirements

    What You Bring

     

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + 2+ years of client service experience in financial services or wealth management

    + Strong communication skills and detail oriented

    + Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and broker-dealer platforms (LPL a plus)

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client needs

    + Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred but not required
