The Opportunity
They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Portfolio Administrator to join our investment operations team. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our portfolio management process. You’ll work closely with financial advisors, investment and operations staff to support trading, reporting, and data integrity across client accounts.
This position blends technical expertise with strong communication skills. You’ll manage complex systems, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements—while also collaborating across teams to ensure seamless client service.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead portfolio reporting, rebalancing, and trade execution
+ Serve as the internal expert on portfolio management platforms and custodial systems
+ Maintain accurate data connections between custodians and CRM systems
+ Monitor portfolios for exceptions and ensure timely resolution
+ Collaborate with advisors and investment committee on portfolio setup and model alignment
+ Generate and distribute quarterly client reports
+ Document and improve workflows, policies, and procedures
+ Support investment operations and contribute to strategic initiatives

Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience in securities trading, investment operations, or portfolio administration
+ Familiarity with custodial platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to manage and reconcile data across systems
+ Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months)
Preferred:
+ Experience with portfolio reporting and rebalancing tools (e.g., Tamarac)
+ Background in wealth management or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms
+ Exposure to automation or scripting of business processes
+ Understanding of portfolio construction and investment due diligence
