    Job Description

    The Painter is responsible for painting, plastering, and wallpapering public areas to ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Regularly maintains and updates the paint, wallpaper, plaster, and other finishes in all public areas and guest rooms.

    + Ensures the hotel décor remains in excellent condition.

    + Cleans work areas thoroughly upon completion of tasks.

    + Completes the Daily Work form as required.

    + Possesses a strong understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency protocols.

    + Familiar with and adheres to all Omni Hotel rules and regulations.

    Qualifications

    + 1 year of experience as a commercial painter or hotel painter experience, preferred.

    + Flexibility in availability to meet the hotel's needs.

    + Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, using various painting materials like paints, plaster, and other finishes.

    + Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.

    + Willingness to work on holidays and weekends, with a schedule that may vary based on business and operational demands.
