Job Description

To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public an associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

+ To ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day

+ To service all men's and ladies' public restrooms in lobby areas.

+ Responds to guest requests.

+ To service the executive offices.

+ Services both men's and ladies' associate locker rooms.

+ To care for the corridors and floors throughout the hotel.

+ Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

+ Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

+ Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.

+ Prior housekeeping experience required or other relevant environmental services experience.

+ Flexible schedule including the ability to work weekends and holidays.

+ Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting. Lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
