    Job Description

    Currently seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Bridgewater, MA.

    Responsibilities of Machine Operator:

    -Set-up and operate manufacturing machines including thermoforming machine, roller press, milling, bailing machines

     

    -Identify maintenance repairs and safety issue and write work orders

     

    -Assist in machine shop set up to engineered specs

     

    -Perform lockout-tagouts

     

    -Follow all work safety rules and regulations

     

    -Complete assembly tasks

     

    -Perform other related duties as assigned

    Requirements of Machine Operator:

    -Previous machine operation experience required

     

    -Mechanically inclined

     

    -ability to lift up to 100lbs

     

    -Superior attention to detail

     

    -able to work independently or in a team setting

     

    -Strong problem solving skills

     

    -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

     

    Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday and 6:30am-2:00pm Fridays

     

    Pay Rate: $19-$22/hr
