    Position Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Office of the CEO as a Project Administrator, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to support projects and strategic initiatives directly with the CEO and executive team, while gaining valuable insight into the operational and strategic priorities of a leading global company.

     

    The Project Administrator, Office of the CEO, will assist in planning, tracking, and supporting internal projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include helping to coordinate resources, using established processes and tools, and supporting the management of project timelines and deliverables. This role will also involve conducting research, preparing executive presentations, and assisting with the execution of strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support projects for the Office of the CEO from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

    + Assist the CEO and executive team with daily administrative tasks and high-visibility special projects.

    + Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings.

    + Conduct research and analysis on issues relevant to the CEO' agenda

    + Support the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives and corporate events.

    + Attend and take minutes at executive meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide project management support.

    + Resolve project issues, resource constraints, and internal conflicts within project timeframes.

    + Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Strategy & Operations teams of Leadership Team members

    + Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

    Qualifications & Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

    + Unquestioned integrity. High level of judgement and discretion in handling confidential information.

    + Possesses the EQ, tact and discretion for effectively navigating C-Suite environment.

    + Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize information and present findings clearly.

    + Knowledge of varied aspects of project management and best practices.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    + Demonstrated interest in business strategy, corporate governance, and executive leadership.

    + Ability to resolve complex problems and make decisions using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.

     

    The starting compensation for this job is a range from $77,100 - $93,400, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

     

    The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.

     

    Final, individual compensation is decided based on demonstrated experience.

    BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

     

    Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
