    Job Title: Production Associate

    Job Description

    As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for loading finished goods into boxes for packaging, palletizing and staging finished goods to be shipped, and loading the production line with empty cartons to be filled by filling machines. You will also ensure the quality of labeling and placement and assist in receiving raw materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Load finished goods into boxes for packaging.

    + Palletize and stage finished goods to be shipped, handling weights up to 50 lbs.

    + Load production line with empty cartons.

    + Ensure quality of labeling and placement.

    + Assist in receiving raw materials.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

    + 1+ year of experience in packaging, palletizing, machine operating, or factory labor.

    + Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.

    + Experience with assembly and forklift operations.

    + General labor skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Forklift experience is a plus.

    + Material handling skills are a plus.

    + Mechanical inclination is a plus.

    + Experience with machine operating is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean atmosphere adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), which includes wearing a hair net and adhering to restrictions on facial hair, jewelry, piercings, hats, fake eyelashes, and nail polish. The operation runs on a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, to ensure a balanced work-life experience.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, Indiana.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
