Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candid** **ates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
This role will be building a new team that will be charged with identifying and driving strategic initiatives that will improve our overall wireless platform performance and resulting customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director, Platform Assurance, this role will be empowered to partner with internal teams and third party platform providers to plan, coordinate, and communicate change activity for the Retail Wireless environments. As needed, this individual will be able to grow their team to ensure they can successfully support expanding and changing business needs and complexity. This position will require strong leadership ability, technical expertise, and exposure to ITIL Change Management practice and techniques. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of wireless technologies, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, project and/or program management background, and experience interacting with diverse stakeholders and technical support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development of production operations to deliver best-in-class support infrastructure for the wireless industry
+ Oversee and coordinate technical change processes across infrastructure, applications, and environments
+ Align changes with DevOps and CI/CD best practices in an agile environment
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, test, implement, and validate changes
+ Represent Retail Wireless in internal CAB meetings and integrate with external partner processes
+ Manage change control documentation, reporting, recurring requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the wireless industry
+ 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Possess a strong knowledge of Cloud concepts, preferably Amazon Web Services
+ A strong leadership, organizational, and technical background
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
