ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To best meet the needs of our Organization and Customers, the ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
+ Assist Fleet Manager with daily record keeping and paperwork for vehicles.
+ Assist Fleet Manager with vehicle accidents and tracking of accidents and claims.
+ Assist Fleet Manager with GPS system, tracking and running location reports.
+ Assist with minor mechanical installations, including installing batteries GPS systems, etc.
+ Moving vehicles around holding lot, delivering vehicles when necessary, performing quality inspections of new vehicles delivered to Fleet Office and cleaning units in preparation for delivery to driver.
+ Create relationships and provide excellent support to our Fleet Drivers and satellite offices.
+ Assist driver, when necessary, in scheduling maintenance of vehicle with local shops and coordinate usage of a temporary vehicle.
+ Assisting with vehicle and safety equipment inspections on work sites and satellite offices.
+ Any other duties as assigned by Fleet Manager or Safety Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ Detail oriented, efficient, accurate, and self-motivated.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with field and office personnel through quality of work and team attitude.
+ Data entry, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Clean MVR
+ Light mechanical knowledge
+ Scheduled work hours: 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (additional hours when necessary).
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
+ A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
COMPUTER SKILLS
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote and Excel)
+ Extensive Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams experience will be highly considered.
+ Experience with Telematics programs and Fleet Management software strongly preferred.
