    Working remotely in the central time zone as an entry level Treasury Funds Transfer Analyst within the Treasury Management PIER Group (Payments, Investigations, Exceptions Resolution) - ACH Exceptions Group, you will live and work in one of the following states: Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana, Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota. We are also open to considering qualified candidates living in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

     

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Work Hours:

     

    -Central – 7am-4pm

     

    -Pacific – 5am – 1pm

     

    -Mountain – 6am -2pm

     

    In this fast-paced, high-volume position, your daily tasks and functions include, but are not limited to assisting in resolution of investigations for post incoming and outgoing ACH, Wire, CHIPs, and Real Time Post Payment transactions by processing high risk money movement, death notifications via the reclamation process, follow Reg E guidelines and research and process fraud disputes. In addition to the casework and reviews, the team also receives inbound phone calls from internal services partners requesting assistance.

     

    We are looking for candidates with good communication skills as we communicate with internal service partners, clients, and partnering banks along with great retention skills as the position requires cross-training on all of the different products and functions.

     

    - 1 year of related payments experience.

     

    - Knowledge of NACHA, Zelle, TeleCheck, Reg E and death notification entry (DNE) refund process is a plus.

    Job Description

    + Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision.

    + Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions

    + Performs high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions. Performs initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions.

    + Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, follows standard policies and procedures to address exceptions. Escalates appropriately when faced with an unresolved exception or impactful issue.

    + Ensures compliance with the control framework. Identifies and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations to the appropriate parties.

    + Participation in basic change management activities upon request (e.g. executing basic operational regression user testing scripts).

    Pay Transparency

     

    Base Salary: $31,000.00 – $59,800.00

     

    Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
