    **Salary Range:** $22.50 - $36.00

    Job Summary

    Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Participates as part of a team on projects assisting in development, documentation and implementation. Conducts research of current work processes and procedures. Identifies problems, reviews standards, and makes recommendations for improvements. Provides critical data support to the Service Desk.

     

    Works with callers and other help desk technicians to resolve normal and unusual information system problems. Evaluates the efficiency of new tools and utilities, used for help desk services. Monitors and categorizes incoming calls, analyzes frequently-asked questions and defines procedures. Participates in the analysis of client-identified issues or problems which may require changes to procedures, standards or systems. Assist in taking calls and processing electronic requests as needed. Responsible for training new and existing staff on processes and procedures.

    Qualifications

    Associate's degree required or five years' experience in a customer service role.

     

    Help Desk Team Lead Certification preferred.
