    Position Title: Application Development Analyst III

     

    A Day In The Life

    Responsibilities:

    Consult with users to identify current operating procedures, clarify program objectives, and solve problems. Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps program must follow and to describe logical operations involved. Convert project specifications into detailed technical designs. Design user interfaces to accomplish goals of user request. Develop, test, troubleshoot, and correct software applications. Write documentation to describe program development and logic. Participate in development of Support Plan documentation. Provide level 3 support for assigned applications during, before, and after business hours, as needed. Work closely with corporate personnel to provide short-term workarounds and long-term solutions to production problems. Perform maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance. Lead projects of small-to-medium size and complexity – providing direction to project team members on issues of technology, implementation, and support. Communicate status of projects and deliverables to both IT Management and business stakeholders. Follow SDLC guidelines implemented by management team for requirements, design, build, UAT, and deployment. Identify and implement process improvements proactively. Partner with external vendors as needed to support integrations.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience in Applications Development.

    Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

    identifying requirements and leading small-to-medium scale development projects. SDLC and Project Life Cycle methodologies. Oracle EBS 12.X including AP, GL, PO, FA, PA, and e-Commerce Gateway. Oracle Application toolsets including Workflow Builder, OA Framework, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Forms Personalizations, Application Desktop Integrator, and BI Publisher. interface import tables and functionality. EBS APIs. programming languages including SQL, and PL/SQL. Unix shell-scripting. databases including Oracle 10g, 11g, and 12c. Linux SUSE Operating System.

    Base Pay Range for this position: $146,078 - $185,000 per year.
