Space Transformation Specialist

The Opportunity:

Whether it's optimizing a business process, designing a new organizational model, or managing the asso cia ted change, organizational transformation comes down to one thing, learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many companies know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Tha nk fully, you'll improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. That's why we're looking for an advisor like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the design of the processes and structures needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create effectiveness for the DoD clients. As an Organizational Transformation and Change Advisor, you'll use your expertise to assess how changes will impact business design and processes to drive organizational strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. Your work will drive improvements to current Space capabilities through process standardization, innovative te chn ical solutions, and improved service quality, while also unearthing new areas for optimization.

You'll also have dedicated leadership responsibilities, which will include unearthing new areas for optimization. These areas may sometimes be clear and other times opaque. It will be your job to connect with the right internal parties, drive capture progress, manage and report out on the pipeline, and execute sales that generate net new revenue. This will involve frequent client e nga gement in addition to company-internal capability demonstrations to create demand within existing teams. Primary focus areas will include Space Force entities.

You Have:

+ 5+ years of experience as a uniformed member of the Security Forces, Military Police, or Master-at-Arms

+ 2+ years of experience delivering organizational design, process improvement, or change management capabilities

+ 2+ years of experience leveraging fundamental models and frameworks for process improvement, organizational design, or change management

+ Experience with Anti Terrorism or Force Protection and Base Defense

+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

+ TS/SCI clearance

+ Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

+ Experience supporting business development efforts

+ Experience serving in or with the Space Force or providing support

+ Knowledge of military applications of Space

+ Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
