Summary You will serve as an Associate Director of Operations for Enrollment Management of US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE. Responsibilities You will support and coordinate with the Registrar's office for key dates and data points with the Partner Institutions. You will manage enrollment projections by program and service with a particular emphasis on tracking and reporting of enrollments, budgeted course seats, credits completed, future enrollment projections, and guidance. You will ensure that key data points affecting enrollment, continuing student enrollment, progression validation, course scheduling, and other aspects of academic operations. You will make recommendations in support of trade-off decisions to align the US Naval Community College (USNCC) students to various academic programs based on student demands, progress, service priorities, and available resources. You will prepare regular reports on the progress and health of various programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading the implementation of enrollment programs in collaboration with academic partner institutions, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and student needs; 2) Applying advanced analytical and evaluative methods to assess academic credits, project enrollments, and manage financial budgeting for course seat allocations, ensuring fiscal responsibility; 3) Recommending data-driven modifications to enrollment strategies based on demand trends, student forecasts, and institutional priorities; 4) Coordinating cross-functional efforts in meetings, committees, and workgroups to address enrollment challenges, drive solutions, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership; and 5) Acquiring, developing, and managing staff and resources to effectively plan, organize, and delegate work, ensuring smooth execution of enrollment-related operations.
