    Job Description

    QAD is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating laser engraving machines to produce high-quality, custom-engraved products.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate laser engraving equipment

    + Run jobs according to specifications and production schedule

    + Ensure engraved products meet quality standards

    + Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on laser machines

    + Troubleshoot minor equipment issues

    + Maintain a clean and organized workstation

    + Report to the production supervisor

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Previous experience as a Laser Operator or Laser Engraver preferred

    + Familiarity with EZCADZ (YAG) and/or CORELDRAW (CO2) software is a plus

    + Ability to interpret technical drawings and file specifications

    + Excellent attention to detail and precision

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills
