**PDS Tech Commercial** is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Advanced Program/Project Engineer** with a strong foundation in project management, cost account oversight, and technical engineering expertise. This is a critical on-site role where you’ll drive the successful execution of long-term IT engineering projects.

Your Role and Impact

As a **Senior Advanced Program/Project Engineer** , you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex hardware/software engineering initiatives. Your ability to manage costs, timelines, and technical deliverables will directly influence project success and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Oversee the full lifecycle of IT engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.

+ Conduct engineering design evaluations and provide technical direction to resolve issues.

+ Manage cost accounts and track project financials to ensure profitability.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor information systems policies and controls.

+ Analyze system reports to identify and resolve hardware/software malfunctions.

+ Ensure compliance with data security, accuracy, and regulatory standards.

+ Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ 4–6 years of experience in IT project engineering or a related discipline.

+ Proven expertise in project management and cost account management.

+ Strong technical background in hardware/software systems.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in technical environments.

+ Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in IT systems.

+ Leadership experience in cross-functional project teams.

**Pay Details:** $60.00 to $85.00 per hour
