Job Description

_An Ideal Patient Care Manager Thrives:_

+ Plan, organize, and manage the clerical aspect of the clinic, including preparation, communication, and coordination of important operations of designated clinic.

+ Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service.

+ Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge

+ Answering questions and scheduling patients.

+ Verifying personal and financial information.

+ Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records.

+ Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments.

+ Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

+ Ensure compliance with all OSHA and HIPPA regulations.

Qualifications

_Patient Care Manager Qualifications:_

+ High school degree or equivalent.

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Proficient in Word and Excel

+ Close attention to details

+ Great time management and organizational skills

+ Able to start work when our clinics open (7am)

+ Minimum of 3 years in medical administrative position with proficient insurance knowledge (Preferred)
