Our client is seeking an experienced, discreet, and hands-on Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of an 11,000 sf residence. The home is fully staffed and now requires a proactive professional to manage the household and ensure everything runs smoothly with a hospitality-driven approach. The ideal candidates will have experience in luxury service environments.
Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and coordinate all household operations and staff
+ Act as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers
+ Maintain a high standard of service and presentation throughout the home
+ Manage personal errands, calendar, travel, and appointments in coordination with the principal’s Executive Assistant
+ Ensure the safety and security of the property by working closely with existing security staff
+ Assist with household budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
+ Support and help coordinate private events and guest visits

+ Discreet, professional, and highly organized
+ Strong communication and leadership skills
+ Ability to multitask and problem-solve with minimal direction
+ Tech-savvy and comfortable with smart home systems
