+ Demonstrate a passion for the business and manage operations

Behavior Characteristics:

+ Work up to forty hours per week

+ Effectively communicate to team members

+ Coach, give direction, and nurture relationships with staff

Additional Responsibilities:

+ Assist in inventory and ordering

+ Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment

+ Provide accountability for team members
