Description
The Medical Assistant Manager – Dual Site is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative operations across two healthcare facilities. This role ensures consistent quality of care, staff coordination, and regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
+ Staff Supervision & Scheduling
+ Manage and coordinate schedules for staff across both sites
+ Ensure adequate staffing coverage and adjust shifts as needed
+ Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations
+ Clinical Operations
+ Oversee patient flow and appointment scheduling to optimize efficiency
+ Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
+ Support implementation of new procedures and technologies
+ Administrative Duties
+ Monitor inventory and order medical supplies for both locations
+ Handle billing, insurance claims, and resolve discrepancies
+ Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
+ Training & Development
+ Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for medical assistants
+ Promote professional development and continuing education
+ Implement best practices and process improvements
+ Compliance & Quality Assurance
+ Ensure both sites meet healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
+ Conduct audits and prepare reports on operational performance
+ Address patient feedback and implement service enhancements
+ Cross-Site Coordination
+ Serve as liaison between providers, staff, and administrative leadership
+ Standardize procedures and policies across both locations
+ Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams
Work Environment
+ Fast-paced outpatient or clinic settings
+ Requires flexibility in scheduling and travel between sites
Qualifications
+ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
+ 3–5 years of clinical experience; 1–2 years in a supervisory role
+ Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, and EMR systems
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Ability to travel between sites and manage multi-location operations
