    What We Need:

    We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Industrial Barcode Scanner product management team in Salt Lake City, UT. The Associate Product Manager will lead cross functional efforts and teams working with manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, marcom and sales to support the Industrial barcode scanning and vision line.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Create product launch plans and oversee cross-functional implementation across the organization; including device registration, accessory management, creating and maintaining websites and selling materials.

    + Support Sales with maintenance releases, delivering product presentations, managing customer issues, custom development requests, ongoing compliance and SKU management.

    + Collaborate with R&D to solve technical problems.

    + Interface with partners, customers and industry leaders to champion the voice of the customer within the organization and support customer and market research initiatives that inform global product portfolio strategy.

    + Focus externally, creating a deep understanding of market and technology trends, competitive intelligence and key influencers.

    + Define and own product KPIs and roadmap, diagnose areas for improvement, and develop and implement recommendations. Prepare monthly reports, forecasts, product reviews and customer trend analysis.

    + Develop and advance within the organization, with the potential to transition into a comprehensive product management role.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

    + Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline.

    + Experience in product management and/or application engineering (preferred).

    + Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities – you can comfortably adjust your altitude and roll-up your sleeves as needed.

    + Comfort with ambiguity, and an instinct for moving quickly.

    + Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
