What you'll do...

Join the Customer Strategy and Finance team as a Sr. Manager to help us shape how Walmart connects Customer and Finance data to drive business performance. This position requires an analytical oriented strategic thinker who can drive our understanding of how customer behaviors translate to our P&L, identify opportunities to drive more customer engagement, and influence decision making across the business.

In this role, you will collaborate with different finance teams and business teams in the Revenue, Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, Tech, and Product organizations to develop innovative financial models, enhance our customer understanding, and provide actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will…

**Accelerate our Customer Centricity Transformation** – Enable the organization to plan and assess our performance leveraging a customer lens. Partner with other areas of Finance and business areas to transform how we use customer data

**Enhance our customer understanding** – Bring together customer and financial data to create annual operating plans, identify customer engagement opportunities, and influence prioritization of initiatives

**Own end-to-end financial planning and forecasting of a business** – Have full responsibility of managing the P&L of a business team, help them identify opportunities and risks, and drive prioritization that maximizes returns

**Help grow our digital business** – Generate and pressure test ideas to influence customer behavior

**Communications and Presentations** – Provide strategic input into the Walmart US Strategy, MSM, Trade, WBR/MBR, and Board of Directors materials

• You have relevant finance and strategy experience in customer data, retail, eCommerce, marketing, and/or media sectors

Preferred Qualifications

+ Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, data analytics, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, data analytics, or related area

+ 1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

+ 1+ years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experience

+ MBA preferred

+ Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

+ Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

+ Comfort with ambiguity

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.

1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.

1 year’s supervisory experience.
