As the Loan Coordinator Administrator, you partner with commercial loan coordinators to assign new loan requests, renewals and refinances of Commercial and Real Estate loans through a centralized workflow system while also assisting our loan coordinators with various tasks, including sending documents for recording, following up on loan exceptions, and monitoring payments of third-party invoices.

How you’ll spend your time:

+ You will monitor a centralized workflow system to assign new requests to loan closing coordinators.

+ You will handle original loan documents from the regions and be responsible for mailing regulatory disclosures, when applicable.

+ You will receive incoming mail/FedEx packages and distribute accordingly.

+ You will assist with coding and assigning third-party invoices through Oracle.

+ You have at least one (1) year Commercial and Real Estate Loan Coordinating experience

Compensation Range:

$33,920.00 - $65,380.00
