Auto Auction Lot Security Officer

Full time Day and Afternoon shifts that include working weekends!

+ NJ SORA License or able to obtain

+ **Must have a Valid Drivers License**

+ **Must be comfortable working outside**

+ **Must be comfortable working on your feet**

+ **$17.00/hr**

+ **High school diploma or GED**

+ Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

+ Will need to verify 7 years of employment/school.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidates we are seeking will be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic while adhering to our core values: Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

Your Responsibilities:

+ **Ensure Safety:** Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites.

+ **Protect Property:** Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.

+ **Maintain Vigilance:** Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.

+ **Handle Physical Demands:** Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and navigate stairs and steps.

+ Conflict resolution and De-escalation.

+ Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.

+ Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

+ Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions. Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.

+ Provide detailed written witness reports.
