    SUMMARY:

    Support the commercial business leadership to help drive sales and profitability and develop business cases for projects. Partner with the commercial leadership to support delivery of strategic initiatives through performance analytics, customer analytics and analyzing the relevant KPIs.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Effectively collaborate with initiative teams to support/drive timely executive-level decision making, assist in drawing conclusions and present financial and operational insights (Ex. Perform ad-hoc analytics and complex financial modeling to provide value-added insights related to use-cases and projects)

    + Make strategic recommendations for solutions to business problems/opportunities using data analytics and predictive modeling such as identifying margin, cost, and efficiency opportunities

    + Create reporting suites that enable insights for Finance and Initiative team. Partner with initiative teams to develop KPIs that help explain performance and drive proactive P&L management

    + Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the US Foodservice organization

    + Support monthly/quarterly business review process by providing business insights to commercial leadership on the monthly and quarterly results versus plan and forecast

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative background required

    + 5 years of Work experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as reporting development, cross-functional collaboration, strategic-decision support, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modeling

    + Previous financial analysis experience preferred but not required

    ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

    + Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, capable of influencing key stakeholders

    + Strong collaboration, verbal and written communication skills

    + Must be able to read, write and speak English

    + Self-starter that is detail oriented

    + Strong computer knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook programs.  MS Access experiences a plus

    + Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions

    + Ability to handle matters of a confidential nature
