    Outpatient RN & LPN Opportunities - Full-time, Part-time, Per-diem Options Available Across the Capital Region

    What You Will Do:

    As a valued member of our outpatient care team, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care to patients in a clinical setting. Whether you're a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN), your role is essential in supporting patient wellness and contributing to a collaborative care environment.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Escorting patients to exam rooms and obtaining accurate vital signs

    + Documenting patient information and updating medication lists in the EMR

    + Administering medications safely and transcribing physician orders accurately

    + Assisting with treatments, procedures, and patient education

    + Performing pre-visit planning and reviewing quality metrics

    + Completing referrals and tracking patient compliance

    + Monitoring and responding to provider-assigned tasks

    + Ensuring proper labeling and handling of patient specimens

    + Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

    + Participating in daily patient care huddles and team collaboration

    + Reinforcing patient and family teaching and providing clinical visit summaries

    What You Will Need:

    For LPNs:

    + Current NYS license to practice as a Practical Nurse

    + Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Ability to lift 20 lbs

    For RNs:

    + Current unencumbered NYS RN license

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Basic Life Support certification

    + Minimum 6 months of RN experience

    + Ability to lift 20 lbs

    Compensation:

    + **LPN Pay Range:** $23.85 – $29.95/hour

    + **RN Pay Range:** $30.00 – $43.50/hour _Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary based on location._
