**CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, AR** is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable **Intensivist/Hospitalist Physician Assistant (PA)** to join our growing team. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both critical care and hospital medicine.

About the Role:

As an Intensivist/Hospitalist Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients across various settings within the hospital. This position offers the flexibility to choose daytime or overnight 12-hour shifts, working any 3 days per week.

Shift Responsibilities:

+ **Daytime Shift:**

+ Primarily focused on patient admissions.

+ Taking and transferring calls.

+ Processing patients from surrounding Little Rock metro communities.

+ Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions.

+ **Night Shift:**

+ Working alongside a nocturnist in a hands-on role.

+ Taking all floor calls.

+ Providing bedside care to patients in the ICU.

+ Managing a wide range of medical conditions.

Schedule:

+ Flexible scheduling: Choose any 3 days per week.

+ 12-hour shifts: Daytime or Overnight options available.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

+ Current and valid Arkansas PA license (or eligible to obtain).

+ National certification as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA).

+ DEA license (or eligible to obtain).

+ Experience in acute care setting preferred.

+ Strong clinical skills and a desire to learn and grow.

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range

$57.24 - $78.70 /hour
