About the Role: Physical Therapist - Per Diem - West Hartford, Bloomfield, Farmington, CT *We’re looking for a passionate and motivated per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team who has experience treating orthopedics and sports medicine. * *Per Diem - Varying shifts to cover the clinic operating hours of 7am-7pm Monday thru Thursday and 7am-5pm on Friday* *This per diem role will cover our three West Hartford clinics as well as our Bloomfield and Farmington locations. * *What You’ll Do:* · Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical challenges · Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function · Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes · Empower patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life** * Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by theCommission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education(CAPTE). * Previous experience as a Physical Therapist * Willing to travel to multiple clinics including West Hartford, Bloomfield and Farmington * Current State of CT Physical Therapy license required Start Your Journey With Us Whether you're just beginning your PT career or looking to take the next step, Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network offers the support, resources, and community to help you succeed.
