Summary:

3E is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Crib Manager to oversee our on-site MRO electrical inventory crib located at Vermeer’s Pella campus. This role plays a key part in ensuring Vermeer’s facilities and maintenance teams have the materials they need to operate efficiently.

Reports to: Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Experience in electrical distribution or as an electrician (required)

+ Experience with inventory management or crib operations (preferred)

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)

Working Conditions:

+ Varied work environment and conditions to include indoor and outdoor settings

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Manage 3E’s inventory crib at Vermeer Plant 3½

+ Support Vermeer’s electricians and maintenance teams by sourcing and providing electrical parts

+ Maintain and replenish stock levels to meet daily operational needs

+ Expedite critical items to avoid maintenance or production delays

+ Deliver parts to departments as needed (using 3E truck)

+ Provide competitive quotes and assist with vendor negotiations

+ Serve as a trusted resource for electrical product knowledge

+ Collaborate with vendor reps to position 3E as Vermeer’s preferred distributor

+ Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

+ Use digital tools including email, laptops, and inventory systems to manage operations
