    Summary:

    The D365 Application Specialist at Pacific Seafood will play a key role in our implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and will support Advanced Configurations and Customizations within our ERP system. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that D365 applications are optimized to support business processes and strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1:  Configuration & Customization:

    + Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs

    + Develop design solutions, configure, test and document D365 F&O modules (ex: Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)

    + Customize and document forms, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational needs.

    2:  Implementation & Deployment:

    + Participate in and provide support to D365 rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.

    + Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions using D365 best practices.

    + Follow IT change management process.

    3: User Support & Training:

    + Conduct User Acceptance Testing and assist in issue resolution.

    + Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.

    + Prepare documentation for and assist in training support team members

    + Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to PSG’s support team and to users.

    + Monitor application performance and troubleshoot errors.

    4: Adhere to Company Standards:

    + Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Exigence, Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all items

    + Manage multiple project priorities to successfully deliver solutions to our business owners within defined timelines

    + Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

    + Maintain professional and technical knowledge

    + Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

     

    Additional responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary to support the overall goals and objectives of the position.

    What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

    + 5+ Years of experience in ERP implementations or support.

    + 3+ years of experience with D365 implementations or support.

    + Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to D365 capabilities

    + Proven experience with full-cycle D365 implementation projects

    Preferred:

    + Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry.

    + Knowledge of modern programming practices and methodologies.
