    Fire Protection Services LLC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Team. You will have an impact on our business by supporting both HR and IT operations. The ideal candidate will be flexible and greet each day with positivity.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist with onboarding new employees

    + Assist with training new and existing employees

    + Address basic IT requests

    + Assist with employee recognition initiatives

    + Oversee meeting planning

    + Manage special projects as needed

    Requirements:

    + Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent IT skills and experience with a variety of systems

    + Willingness to learn and grow
