+ Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve mail delivery issues, perform message tracking, and document system activity in daily operational logs.

+ Respond proactively to Microsoft SCOM alerts and perform root cause analysis to prevent potential incidents.

+ Monitor server performance, run diagnostic tests, manage system backups, and execute cluster failovers when required.

+ Track and manage incidents via the Altiris Ticketing System, supporting broader incident and problem management workflows.

+ Create and manage user accounts and mailboxes, perform mailbox migrations and restores.

    Required Skills & Experience:

+ Extensive experience across Exchange versions 2010–2019 and SaaS migrations.

+ Strong understanding of directory services and integration with Exchange.

+ Proven ability to manage replication networks and resolve database-level issues.

+ Foundational knowledge required for collaboration with networking teams, though not part of day-to-day responsibilities.

+ Experience with clustering technologies for failover and incident resolution.

+ General understanding of routing, DNS, Ethernet, and network infrastructure.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft SCOM for alerting and Altiris for incident tracking.

+ Experience with tools like Veeam for backup and recovery.

+ Familiarity with technologies such as TMG/ISA and remote access platforms.

+ Experience supporting SQL Server (2008–2022), Microsoft SharePoint, and enterprise server environments.
