Provide content management, ensure accessibility compliance, and update event, leadership, and program information. Supervise and support the production of the yearbook, including timeline planning, student supervision, and coordination with external vendors or design teams.

    3. Event Coordination & Support

+ Co-facilitate events in collaboration with SLIC professional staff. Manage logistics including catering, space reservations, supplies, and event setup. Support student organization events, signature SLIC programs, and campus-wide student leadership workshops.

    4. Finance & Student Payroll Administration

+ Reconcile monthly expenses using SAP. Process purchasing transactions, invoices, and reimbursements through Concur. Hire student employees via the Student Employment Office system, approve hours weekly, and ensure payroll runs efficiently.

    5. Student Group Support Assist professional staff with event review.

+ Review and work with student groups on larger scale programs (international travel, minors, etc.)

    6. Administrative Support

+ Manage SLIC listservs and update contact information as needed. Collect and analyze post-event surveys, track attendance, and disseminate event materials. Prepare reports for the Director on engagement and feedback.

    Required Skills
