    Position Title: Product MKTG II

    Position Responsibilities:

    Own execution of merchandising projects and feature implementations, part of the Ring.com roadmap. Collaborate with UX, Design, and Engineering teams to ideate and execute given projects. Determine KPI’s and report out to key stakeholders explaining how this project/feature has enhanced our website. Analyze engagement sales and click data and be able to story-tell based on insights to create actionable next steps. Continue to iterate to launch improvements based on data and continued monitoring. Own subsidiary product categories, associated promotions and frequent content updates. Monitor subsidiary product category sales, traffic and conversion-identifying opportunities. Work cross-channel to lead creative reviews and launch subsidiary categories on multiple ecommerce channels.

     

    40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $109,100/year to $160,000/year

    Basic Qualifications

    Position Requirements:

    Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Communications, Business, Communication Management, Project Management or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning, retail allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing, e-commerce, or another related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Communications, Business, Communication Management, Project Management or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience in quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning, retail allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing, or e-commerce; (2) experience in management consulting, investment banking analysis, or brand management; (3) experience in presentation development; and (4) experience in account or vendor management.#0000
