Description We are looking for a visionary IT Director to lead our technology strategy and operations in Miamisburg, Ohio. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee enterprise IT systems, drive innovation, and ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital transformation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging their technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and digital transformation goals.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with department leaders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure and drive innovation.

• Oversee the management of IT operations, including system infrastructure, cloud environments, and user support.

• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and service-level agreements to ensure operational excellence.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to optimize cost and performance.

• Direct cybersecurity initiatives, including risk management, threat detection, incident response, and compliance with industry standards.

• Support enterprise scaling efforts, including system integration and M& A activities.

• Ensure the organization’s IT systems and processes are future-proof and resilient. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within high-growth environments.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects successfully.

• Expertise in cloud-based technologies and environments, such as Microsoft Azure.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity protocols and compliance.

• Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and certifications in IT or business-related disciplines.

• Familiarity with industries like manufacturing or large-scale operations is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
