Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical healthcare technology initiatives, ensuring robust system functionality and seamless integration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and technical expertise to support various system-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system changes and enhancements.

• Perform system analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring security and access control.

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.

• Support Microsoft SQL Server configurations and database management.

• Provide technical expertise in IBM systems and related technologies.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes and workflows.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Requirements • Proven experience in system analysis and implementation.

• Proficiency in managing Active Directory environments.

• Strong skills in drafting business requirement documents.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

• Familiarity with IBM systems and technologies.

• Demonstrated ability in conducting UAT testing for system validation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
