Are you looking for meaningful litigation experience in a firm that values your work-life balance? A growing and highly regarded law firm in Minneapolis is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its team. This position provides the opportunity to handle catastrophic personal injury (PI) cases and mass tort litigation while working alongside experienced attorneys and a supportive team of legal assistants.

+ Litigate personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

+ Maintain regular client communication, providing updates and empathetic support.

+ Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents.

+ Analyze case facts and develop effective litigation strategies.

+ Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and motion arguments.

+ Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a structured yet dynamic environment.

+ Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.

+ Advocate for injured clients, recognizing the personal and legal value of each case.

Requirements

Core Required Skills:

+ Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

+ Organization and attention to detail essential for complex cases.

+ Desire to zealously advocate for clients and an appreciation for the significance of their cases.

+ Licensed attorney in good standing, preferably licensed in Minnesota.

+ Motion practice experience and relevant litigation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

+ Previous personal injury or mass tort experience.
