About this Role

Brink Constructors, Inc.

QA/QC specialists ensure that electrical installations meet safety standards and contribute to the successful completion of energy projects. QA/QC specialists work closely with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and procurement personnel, to address quality concerns and ensure consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Position requires 100% travel throughout the Midwest as a field based role

What You'll Do

+ Developing and implementing quality control processes

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns

+ Reviewing and updating quality documentation and procedures

+ Serves as main contact point for all field and subcontractors

+ Reporting all QA/QC updates to leadership, customer, additional teams as needed

+ Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metrics

+ Maintain accurate records of quality-related information and update documentation

What You'll Bring

Required:

+ Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits

+ Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols is essential.

+ Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis

+ Knowledge of relevant industry standards

+ Effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders

+ Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions

+ Collaboration is crucial in this role

+ Valid, Active Driver’s License

+ Valid, Active DOT Medical Examiner’s Certification

Preferred:

+ Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical construction

+ Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field
