    Biweekly Hours: 8.00

     

    Shift: As needed

    _Primary skills utilized/learned:_

    + **Administers/interprets appropriate assessment measures in order to form appropriate recommendations for the management of communication disorders.**

    + **Develops/provides treatment programs for patient populations ranging from children through geriatric.**

    + **Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.**

    _Required Qualifications:_

    + **Masters Degree in speech pathology and a valid State of Ohio Speech-Language Pathology Licensure**

    + **Must be certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)**

    + **(or) must obtain certification: within 12 months of hire for a full-time employee, within 18 months of hire for a part-time employee**

    + **Possesses current BLS certification, or obtains within 90 days of hire.**

    + **Ability to travel to satellite locations.**

    _Physical Qualifications:_

    + **May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.**

    + **May need to sit or stand for extended periods.**

    + **See in the normal visual range with or without correction.**

    + **Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.**
