Who are we looking for?

+ 1–3 years of experience in automotive body/collision repair

+ Metal experience is a MUST — we need a pro who knows their way around panels and frames

+ Paint experience preferred — bonus points if you can blend and finish like a boss

+ Framework knowledge — you understand the bones of a vehicle

+ Hands-on experience with body shop tools and equipment

+ I-Car Certifications — a big plus

+ Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles

+ Valid in-state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
